Project: Ready? Set. Climb!

We designed a game to incentivize the usual elevator-goer to instead take the stairs. Vinyl-cut stickers directed you from the elevator to the stairs. Motion sensors at the bottom and top of the stairs tripped a stopwatch to time how long it took for the participant to climb all the way up, and then let them enter their name if they set a new high score. Participants of all ages enjoyed it, though the youngest ones looked cutest.
